Photographic Images this may include photographs that you have requested to be taken and / or images taken whilst carrying out photographic duties, such as photographing a wedding, event or school photographs.
Photographic images where consent has been given or in the legitimate interests of Little Giraffe Photography may be used for advertising and promotional purposes, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting tom@littlegiraffephotography.co.uk. However, you should be made aware that images which are currently in use may not be immediately withdrawn. Sensitive DataWe do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. I do not deem it necessary in my duties as a photographer to collect or process any sensitive data. Please do not submit any sensitive data to Little Giraffe Photography unless it is relevant and absolutely necessary. If you feel that I have inadvertently collected sensitive data about yourself or someone in your care, for example I have taken a photograph which may contains sensitive data, please notify me so that I can delete it.

If an image or feedback has been used on my Facebook, website or in other digital marketing I will attempt to remove the image as soon as reasonably possible. Images which have been used in print, for example within an order form or printed as a sample canvas, photo album or photograph may still be used until that product is no longer fit for purpose or the stock expires.
